To qualify, subscribers, he said are required to make an initial commitment of N5, 000 and will be enrolled in an insurance scheme that will guarantee their investments even when they lost their jobs or in case of death. He stressed that the buildings, which measures about 243 square metres for a fully detached apartment at the two locations come with affordable designs and insurance cover. “Subscribers who pay between five – seven years will have their keys while they complete their payments. There are also site and service plots that go for N800, 000 per plot in Agbara and N700, 000 in Mowe,” he said.He also said the integrity of the firm has led to the acceptance of the project.
